From the end of 2023 and especially in the course of 2024, Trinity Sales has been talking extensively with more than 300 sales professionals. We asked them questions such as:

  • what they do to realize their growth ambitions,
  • whether they also use external partners for this, which ones and why,
  • and what role telephony has in their sales and whether it is actually still useful in a modern, digital society.

 

The goal of this research was not to find the ideal one-size-fits-all approach, because every company has its own unique circumstances, challenges and wishes. What we did want to achieve is a nice overview of the choices that are made and the options that are available. This allows every sales professional to compare their own approach with that of their peers, and perhaps even sharpen and improve it.

We have bundled the results in a rich file, in which the answers and interpretation are explained in detail. This offers every business owner, sales manager or business developer the opportunity to compare his own situation, approach and possibilities with those of a wide selection of colleagues in all sectors and of all different sizes. This may provide confirmation that you have your sales completely on track, but in many cases it offers handles to optimize them and achieve your sales objectives easier, faster and/or cheaper.
