About Trinity Sales
Trinity Sales is a Haarlem-based company that provides sales support services to other businesses. These services primarily consist of lead generation and other telephone campaigns where we generate appointments, gather information for our clients, or do whatever else they need to improve their sales. Lead generation means we call potential customers on behalf of our client, generate interest in their product or service, and then schedule a meeting so our client and the interested party can close a good deal together.
We are internationally oriented, both in terms of clients and employees. This means we call various countries in various languages. Most campaigns are in Dutch, although it's helpful if our agents can also call in English.
We are also a remote work organization. We are based in Haarlem but don't have a physical call center. We have employees worldwide, and everyone works with our online tools and in the cloud.
What are we looking for?
- Enthusiasm and ambition
- Excellent command of Dutch, and preferably English as well
- A smooth conversational style
- Minimum MBO+ level (intermediate vocational education)
- Commercial acumen or the ability to develop it
- Accuracy in administrative processing
- Discipline and perseverance
- Experience in a commercial (call) role is a plus
- Positive attitude
What will your work entail?
You'll be trained on one or more campaigns, sometimes with different approaches, needs, or activities. You'll then use our systems to make calls and schedule appointments with interested parties on behalf of our clients, as instructed. The results and any remaining information will be carefully processed in the database. We're a commercial company, so we're strongly focused on targets. We're also constantly striving for improvement, so there's plenty of on-the-job guidance. And successes are meant to be celebrated!
